Founder

Reggie Mitchell is the founder of IntegrityX. He started the independent talent agency to empower content creators and athletes to push the culture forward.

His unique professional experience representing talent and working in brand and influencer marketing for Fortune 500 companies like DICK’S Sporting Goods, Kroger and Verizon fuels his innovative approach to deal making.

As a former college football player at the University of Pittsburgh he understands what truly separates the great ones from the good ones: work.
